Who actually runs Exo Rental?

Exo Rental is an independent business that proudly supports Life Beyond Parkinson's, a nonprofit. Equipment, bookings, and accounting are run entirely by Exo Rental, separate from the nonprofit's programs.

Do I need to be measured or fitted?

No. Every X-line exoskeleton is adjustable and designed to fit one size fits everyone — no measurements or fitting appointment required.

Is this authentic Hypershell equipment?

Yes. We rent original Hypershell X Go units — sourced and maintained directly, never third-party clones or refurbished knockoffs.

What is the $350 deposit for?

It's a fully refundable security deposit, the same $350 flat rate on every model. It's returned in full once the exoskeleton comes back in its original condition.

How does shipping and return work?

We ship to your home, hotel, or Airbnb anywhere in the US via FedEx Ground, arriving in 3-5 business days. Returns use the same prepaid shipping label we include with your order.

How does the weekly discount work?

Book in full 7-day (week) increments and get 15% off automatically, applied directly at checkout, no code needed. Rentals not booked by the week are charged at the standard daily rate. Minimum rental is 3 days.

Is the X Go available for my dates?

We confirm exact availability for your dates the moment you submit your reservation.

Can I reach a real person, not just a form?

Yes — message us on WhatsApp any time at +1 (321) 315-1446, or use the chat assistant on this page for instant answers.

Does insurance cover this, or is it tax-deductible?

Exo Rental is not a medical device company, so we can't guarantee insurance reimbursement or issue medical tax documentation. We recommend checking directly with your provider or accountant before booking.
